Description


Diabetic ulcers are open sores on the surface of the skin or mucous membranes, the process of which begins with soft tissue injury, the formation of fissures between dry toes or callus formation. Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease that will be suffered for life. Diabetes Mellitus will have an impact on the quality of human resources and a large increase in health costs. In helping wound healing in DM patients with ulcer problems, namely by treating wounds using 0.9% Nacl Fluid which is an effective physiological fluid for wound care by maintaining moisture, keeping granulation dry, but 0.9% NaCl is an electrolyte that contains the salt is quite high, when compared to a sugar solution (D40% or honey) it will speed up wound healing. Descriptive research method with a case study approach on 2 people with Diabetes Mellitus in the Inpatient Room of Siti Aisyah Hospital, Lubuklinggau City in 2018. The results showed that there was an effectiveness of wound healing in patients with diabetes mellitus ulcers after wound care was given with NACL fluid. Integrated nursing care from assessment, diagnosis, intervention and evaluation. This research can be applied by room nurses in performing wound care using 0.9% Nacl fluid to accelerate wound healing. seen the effectiveness of wound healing in diabetic ulcer patients after treatment of wounds with the administration of NACL fluid. Integrated nursing care from assessment, diagnosis, intervention and evaluation. This research can be applied by room nurses in performing wound care using 0.9% Nacl fluid to accelerate wound healing. seen the effectiveness of wound healing in diabetic ulcer patients after treatment of wounds with the administration of NACL fluid. Integrated nursing care from assessment, diagnosis, intervention and evaluation. This research can be applied by room nurses in performing wound care using 0.9% Nacl fluid to accelerate wound healing.

The study uses descriptive research method with a case study approach on 2 people with Diabetes Mellitus in the Inpatient Room of Siti Aisyah Hospital in Lubuklinggau City in 2018. The results of the study showed that there was an effectiveness of wound healing in ulcer patients in Diabetes Melitus test after wound treatment with NaCl solution. Nursing care is integrated in assessment, diagnosis, intervention and evaluation. This study can be applied by room staff in performing wound care using 0.9% NaCl liquid to accelerate wound healing.
